Terms of Service
These terms cover the website at foxible.palanda.app. They are short on purpose: this is a portfolio site, not a service you sign into.
Project work is governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing here replaces it.
Agreement to these terms
By using foxible.palanda.app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
These terms apply to visitors. They do not create a client relationship, and they do not cover work we do under a signed agreement.
About the service
foxible.palanda.app is the studio's portfolio. It shows who we are, how we work, selected projects and how to reach us.
There is nothing to buy here. No prices are published, there is no checkout, and visitors do not create accounts. The only login belongs to the studio, at /admin, and it is not available to the public.
We may add, change or remove pages at any time.
Acceptable use
You may read, link to and quote from these pages, with attribution.
You may not:
- Scrape or crawl the site at a rate that degrades it, or copy it wholesale to rebuild it elsewhere.
- Probe, scan or attempt to bypass authentication, including the admin area.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the site we have built.
- Upload or transmit anything malicious, or interfere with the hosting, the network or other visitors.
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes someone else's rights.
- Present our work, our name or our case studies as your own.
Search engines and AI systems may index the public pages, as set out in /llms.txt. That permission covers reading the pages. It does not cover copying the design, the code or the writing into another product.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, its code and its written content belong to FOXIBLE and are protected by copyright. © 2026 FOXIBLE. All rights reserved.
Client work shown in the portfolio appears with the client's permission. The client keeps ownership of their brand, their marks and their own content.
Third-party names and logos that appear on the site belong to their owners. Mentioning a platform does not imply a partnership or an endorsement.
The FOXIBLE name and mark may not be used without written permission.
Enquiries and proposals
Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Descriptions of services, examples and timelines are there to help you decide whether to talk to us.
A project starts only when both sides sign a written agreement or statement of work. Until then, either side can walk away and neither owes the other anything.
Scope and estimates are discussed in conversation. They are not published, and they are not commitments until they appear in that signed document.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is and as it is available. We try to keep it accurate, fast and online, but we do not promise it always will be.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, that it carries no harmful components, or that everything on it is complete and current.
Case studies describe work at a point in time. A site we built in 2024 may have changed since.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or loss of goodwill arising from your use of this site.
Our total liability for any claim connected to this site is limited to IDR 5,000,000 (five million rupiah).
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. That includes your rights under Indonesian Consumer Protection Law No. 8/1999, and liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These limits do not apply to the separate agreement that governs client projects. That document sets its own terms.
Third-party links
The site links elsewhere: social platforms, and sites we built for clients. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, their terms or their privacy practices.
Once you follow a link, the rules of that site apply.
Changes to the site and these terms
We may change the site and these terms. The date at the top of the page always shows the current version.
If a change is significant, we say what changed on the page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
If we cannot settle a dispute by talking, it goes to the courts of Indonesia.
