This page lists what foxible.palanda.app stores on your device and why. There is not much: one cookie for the studio's own login, two small storage entries, and analytics that stay off until you say yes.

The banner you saw on arrival is the control panel. This page explains what each choice means.

What cookies and similar technologies are

A cookie is a small text file a site asks your browser to keep. The browser sends it back on later requests, which is how a site remembers something between pages.

Browsers also offer local storage and session storage. These work like a cookie's memory without travelling with every request. Local storage survives a restart until it is cleared. Session storage disappears when you close the tab.

None of them are programs. They cannot read files on your device or install anything.

Your choices

On your first visit a banner offers three ways forward: Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage preferences to switch categories on and off and then save them.

Strictly necessary storage is always on. Without it the site cannot keep the studio signed in or remember that you already answered the banner.

Analytics are off by default. Nothing loads until you turn them on, and turning them off again stops the scripts loading from the next page view.

Your choice is saved in local storage under the key foxible-consent, together with the date you made it. The record expires after 12 months and we ask again.

Closing the banner with Escape, or without choosing, grants nothing. We ask again on your next visit.

To change or withdraw a choice later, use “Cookie settings” in the footer, open “Privacy, Terms & Cookies” in the nav menu, or clear site data in your browser. Withdrawing consent stops future collection. It does not delete aggregated counts already recorded; /privacy explains how to request deletion.

Categories we use

Four categories, one of which we actually use for measurement.

Categories we use
CategoryPurposeExamplesCan you turn it off?
Strictly necessaryKeeps the site working and secure. Remembers your cookie choice.Admin session cookie, security checks, the consent recordNo. The site cannot work without it.
AnalyticsShows which pages are read and how fast they load. Aggregated only.Vercel Web Analytics, Vercel Speed InsightsYes. Off until you opt in.
Marketing and advertisingWould measure campaigns or show ads.None in use. The category is reserved.Yes. Off by default, and currently empty.
PreferencesWould remember settings such as language or theme.None beyond the consent recordYes. Nothing to switch off today.

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights are cookieless. They load from our own domain and record page views and performance timings in aggregate. They set no identifier that follows you to another site. We see counts and timings, not individuals.

The specific cookies and storage we use

The complete list, as of the date at the top of this page.

The specific cookies and storage we use
NameProviderTypeDurationPurpose
foxible_adminFOXIBLE (set by our server)Cookie, httpOnly, SameSite=Strict, Secure in production7 daysKeeps the site owner signed in at /admin. Only created after the owner logs in. Visitors never receive it.
foxible-consentFOXIBLELocal storage12 monthsStores your cookie choice, the categories you allowed, and the date you made it.
foxible-preloadedFOXIBLESession storageUntil you close the tabRemembers that the intro animation already played, so it does not replay on every page.

Nothing else is stored. Apart from the optional analytics script served from our own domain, the site loads no third-party scripts, no tag manager, no fonts from Google (they are self-hosted) and no advertising pixels.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Browsers can send a Do Not Track header or a Global Privacy Control signal. We do not read either one today.

The outcome is the same either way. Analytics stay off until you opt in, so a visitor who wants to be left alone is left alone by default. If we ever ship a category that is on by default, we will revisit this section before it does.

Third parties

Two outside services are involved in serving this site.

  • Vercel. Hosting, CDN and the optional analytics. It sees requests to foxible.palanda.app and processes them on our instructions. Privacy policy: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
  • Unsplash and Imgur. Sources for some photographs. Our host fetches the original files and serves optimised copies from foxible.palanda.app, so your browser does not connect to them.

Footer links point to LinkedIn, Pinterest and Instagram. If you follow one, that platform's cookies apply from then on. We do not embed their content or their tracking here.

WhatsApp is involved only when you press the chat button, which opens wa.me in a new tab.

Changes to this policy

If we add or remove a cookie, we update this page and the date at the top. A new category will not switch itself on without asking you first.
